Carroll won. Farmer is pathetic for saying he intentionally made the fight more difficult by going inside otherwise it wouldn't have been enough of a challenge for him. Taking credit away from Carroll with in my opinion a complete, blatant lie. Farmer was getting outboxed on the outside, his shots were missing all night, and he was getting countered with body shots all night and outworked, which tired his legs so he went inside because that's where he had the most success, trading 1 for 1 with a much weaker puncher.

That's crazy matchmaking by Hearn though. Somehow he found a weaker puncher than Farmer to put Farmer against, one who was undefeated too. That's like finding a unicorn. Anyway I thought Carroll won but it was a good fight. I'm not that high on Davis but he would absolutely destroy Farmer. Who even wants to see that fight? I'd rather see Davis vs Pedraza rematch at 135 than Davis vs Farmer. Pedraza is better than Farmer in my opinion, especially now not just before.

Carrol’s work was completely ineffective, he was outclassed. He’s domestic level, someone like Liam Walsh would school him IMO
