Yeleussinov was an absolutely elite amateur. I wonder what he'll need to do to transition properly to the pros. More activity couldn't hurt.....Comment

The lack of power is one thing, that happens with a lot of guys early on that were good amateur boxers. But the leaky defense and lack of lower body movement is really worrisome and it's not like he's been THAT inactive. Yeah, he hadn't fought since November, but he was changing trainers and the dude still fought 6 times in the last year. I agree though that you just have to keep him active, keep bringing him along (because of his age, can't really waste time) and just hope it clicks for him and he figures it out before somebody better gets to himComment
