i hate repeating myself, but here goes; I've said it before & I'll say it again; If you're the bigger draw then you call the shots, Arum wants Floyd in Oct cause he knows Floyd will sell-out that engagement(who else could he fight that would fill the seats as much as Floyd?), that's why he doesn't budge, but IMHO Margarito should be licking ass for the shot to fight Mayweather, & If he looks real good losing he might get a few more fans.Both Winky & Floyd know that they're the best & they don't need to be fighting on somebody else terms.

You keep misreading all the info me and alot of other posters have typed. Mayweather has moved up to MARGARITO'S division. Margarito is champ there, to be the best of the division you have to beat the best in that division not fight hand picked oppenents then move up.

Had it not been for the headbut Margarito would have ko'd Santos. Now if you want to see what Margarito can do in an exciting fight then watch Santos v. Margarito II.

I honestly forget about that.... and how exciting the fight was. I do remember Santos putting on a great show, he fought like he hadn't fought in many years, which is being very aggresive. I also remember when i first watched this fight thinking damn, Margarito is now sloppy, being ignorant that the cut was really bothering him that much. But man this fight had me watching with excitment as if this fight was live, I truly forgot how good this fight was. Mayweather and Winky have a right to be worried about fighting Margarito. After seeing this fight again, im more anxious to see his next fight.

edit: i also forgot he defeated Randell, and he has only gotten better since then.
