Do you think any version of Holyfield beats any version of Tyson?

Holyfield from 1989 to early, mid and late 90s. Would the outcome of the fight be the same - Holyfield as the winner?

Holyfield is a horrible match-up for Tyson but do you think Holyfield always had Tyson's number?

Yea, I think Holyfield has more dog in him. I thought after seeing Holyfield at HW he would beat Tyson 9/10.

No way to tell. I truly believe that Holyfield was on some serious PEDs when they fought. Not saying that Tyson wasn't on PEDs at all, but at least it wasn't as obvious as it was with Holyfield. When Holyfield first moved up to heavyweight and Tyson was at his best in the late 80s it would've been a great fight and I have no idea who would've won.

One thing is for sure though, PEDs or not, is that Holyfield had the advantage in the heart and grit department and also had a very good jab when he used it but Tyson had the power that a smaller Holyfield wouldn't be able to deal with as good as he did later on the juice, so who knows?

Best fight would've been in 89 right after Holyfield stopped Pinklon Thomas.

It would've been a war, but Holyfield would still get the victory.

No doubt Holyfield is gamer and has more heart but I think the young Tyson of a few fights before his loss to Douglas could beat Holyfield by KO with his wicked combination of hand speed and punching power. By the time he fought Hollyfield he just wasn't the same even though Holyfield was older than Tyson.

Possibly any juiced to the gills version of Holyfield...definitely not the bird chested cruiser version.

I still believe to this day that if the fight had happened in 1991 like it was supposed to, the ref would have had to jump in and stop Tyson from teeing off on Holyfield.

91 Holyfield was a LOT smaller than the 96 version. He was also a lot more brawl happy as seen in the cooper and bowe fights. Sorry, but Holyfield, nor is any other fighter coming out victorious by sranding right in front of Tyson and trading with him. His aresonal is too great.

And he didn't either when they finally fought. He tied Tyson up and picked his spots to counter.

91 Holyfield was too small, would have ended up trading with Tyson and would have been badly hurt. It would have been extremely entertaining while it lasted and given Holyfields heart pride and determination, but heart, pride and determination can only get you so far while brawling with Tyson.

Don't see Holyfield getting kod due to his huge heart, but I do see the ref jumping in to stop the fight even with Holyfield still throwing punches back, but isn't enough to convince the ref to let the fight continue.

              Tyson TKO 10th

Roided Holyfield beats Tyson every time. Too bad there wasn't better testing back then. Evan Fields the PED cheat and fouler deserved his ear bite. Sad that even roided he had to headbutt so much.
