Mora won't make it past 6 rounds with Taylor.I'm not a fan of Taylor's but after three fights with two p4p fighters he deserves a soft touch.

No way, Vargas for all his talk and bravado outside the ring, he is a textbook fighter. He has great fundamentals and knows how to fight moving back. His biggest concern is how good his conditioning was before the fight because he will need to use the ring. Mora does not have good footwork and doesnt use his jab to set anything up. He relies on his hand speed to potshot people jumping in. Jermaine Taylor will counterpunch him and his ass will be on the floor.

Either way I see Taylor winning with a KO.

          lmao if this is true.

I don't think we'll see a fight as one sided as this one in a long time if this does come to pass. I honestly think Taylor KO's him within 3-4 rounds.

If Taylor was shaking Hopkins and Wright and giving them a lot of trouble, what chance does Mora have? The guy got dropped by Turkmeliksan (sp?) he would get knocked unconscious by Taylor.

Styles man, styles. And the knockdown was a flash knockdown.

Why would Vargas get a title shot at 160.

I know Mora doesn't have a chance in hell. But he hasn't lost his last two fights. (i am including the fight that he will loose this weekend.)

I definetly agree that styles make fights, but in this case there is a clear discrepancy in talent imo. Mora is smooth as hell, but no matter how smooth he is, I doubt he'll be able to stay out of the way of Taylor's jab or any of his attacks for that matter. Mora is a very small middleweight and Taylor looks a linebacker. Even if Mora can evade some punches, Taylor is just such a beast physically that he could easily overpower a lanky fighter like Mora. That's how I see it anyways.

And I agree the knockdown didn't seem to stun Mora, but I have to believe that if that kind of opposition is getting the chance to knock you down, you're in trouble. In other words, if Mora is leaving himself open, or is vulnerable against that kind of opponent, a top level guy like Taylor will eat him up.

Yeah. Taylor is a huge middleweight. I think this will be a more interesting fight than people thing but I think it might be best for Mora to get more prepared unless he trains a ****load for this fight or something.
