Yes Arum will make the fight when Spence agrees to Arum's terms and the fight has to be on ESPN. Arum will want Spence to fight on ESPN first to build the fight ala Wilder/Fury and Prograis/Ramirez. Arum isn't the type to make a 1 fight deal when there's a chance his fighter will lose.
