I'm a huge fan of Lomachenko but I think he comes unstuck at 140, he'd be badly outsized and both Taylor and Prograis are top class talents for my money... he'd win rounds for sure, but I'm thinking he's gonna get caught sooner or later. Still like to see him try though.

Mikey's attempt at greatness is probably to be applauded and if he does somehow succeed it might encourage others to do the same, for better or worse.

Rigo may have been old, but he didn't have a strength and conditioning regiment at SNAC, nor advisory how to move up in weight.

I doubt the Cuban school has a science regarding their form of Technical Boxing when making weight challenges in the pros.

For all us men who have lifted weights, bulked up, years of practice and personal experience, we know that gaining muscle changes perspective when lifting things. It's hard to know how more durable Rigo would have been had he something like SNAC and LONG preparation unlike his fight prep with Lomachenko.

People are giving Loma too much credit for that win without citing technical details and attributes that make a fighter.

He already said 135 was his top weight. He is really too small for lightweight as it is and could easily fight at 126 if he wanted to. Mikey is a big lightweight who can barely make 135. If Mikey wants to fight Loma it must be at 135 because Loma won't go to 140 nor should he. He would just be a fat 140 pounder. Loma won't dare to be ******. Loma had said he would drop to 130 to fight Tank.

140 is not that scary and Loma would have a good chance to beat Prograis at 140 as would Mikey. Loma is fighting two weight classes above his best weight and he won't dare to be ****** by fighting at 140. He already said 135 is his top weight. I think you have Prograis overrated. Spence would destroy Pragrais even easier than he will destroy Mikey in my opinion.
