How much is Mikey getting paid? I wonder if it's relative to the big risk he's taking. Could be a career ending beating – I mean look at what Spence did to a big, strong and top 10 welterweight in Kell Brook (understandably this was after the Golovkin beating).

But if Spence is such a cash grab opponent, why don't any of the other welterweights want to make some $$$ or even unify and put themselves forward as a P4P talent?

I think Mikey could've made good money grabbing titles around his weight division in much easier fights (sans Loma, but he's a live dog in that). Mad respect for Mikey for taking this.

No Mayweather/ McCgregor was a pure cash grab , A fight that was basically a circus show and no one with any brains thought McCgregor had any chance of winning, But had 2 athletes who could hype the sh.it out of it and make buckets of cash. That’s a cash grab

Having 2 undefeated prime P4P fighters fighting isn’t that A PPV that probably doesnt do crazy #s and isnt f.uck You retirement $ for either fighter can’t be considered a cash grab. It’s not like Garcia didn’t have other options that’d pay him decent

Mikey took this challenge that most consider impossible because if he wins he’s hands down the #1 P4P Fighter and I’d say guaranteed a Big $ PPV to fight PAC next and a probably be the guy to take PACs scalp and be FOTY if he does . There’s huge upside for him if he can Beat Spence, If he loses like most expect unless he gets absolutely throttled he doesn’t lose any lustre and can go back down and fight and keep it moving

Yeah but that means the money was available and Mikey took it. Danny is surely a bankable name that can generate $$$, maybe even more than a mikey fight?

But Mikey took the fight before anyone else at welter did, including the other champs. And at the chance of a career ending beating.
