  • Comments Thread For: Chisora vs. Gashi, Allen vs. Browne - Doubleheader on April 20

Dave Allen faces the biggest night of his career when he takes on former WBA World Champion Lucas Browne on a huge evening of Heavyweight action at The O2 in London on April 20, shown live on Sky Sports in the UK and DAZN in the US, that sees Finchley bad boy Derek Chisora return to the ring against Senad Gashi after his FOTY contender with Dillian Whyte in December.

Biggest fight of Allen's career? What about those fights with Ortiz & Whyte? I'd say those were bigger fights as Browne has always been a C+ level journeyman who has only stepped up a couple times. He failed a drug test in his win over Chagaev. Chagaev was fat & still handled Browne with little trouble until he gassed & got hit by a lucky homerun punch. He got a home town decision against Rudenko & got smashed by Whyte in his only fight against top level opposition. He had to get off the floor against Sokolowski in his last fight to barely sc**** out a win. I think Allen has a good chance of beating him. Chisora will win but Gashi usually comes to fight but he is small & won't be able to hurt Chisora but he may give him a few rounds.

This is a fun little card. Tickets will be priced well so I may try to attend.

He was an opponent in those and nothing more. This time he's expected to actually try to win.

Meaningless card but potentially fun anyway.

I'm looking forward to this. Gashi was fun to watch against Takam, so we can expect a decent scrap with Del. Browne clearly received a bit of a gift against Sokolowski and should be there for the taking. Is White Rhino going to show up?

The White Rhino has a payday seeking Australian in between him and glory. I don’t know how to call this as both fighters like to fight dumb. Think Browne might still be a bit concussed from the Whyte fight

Rhino vs Big Daddy will be a HW slobber knocker for the ages, winner gets The Gunslinger. Del Boy/Gashi will be a fun scrap and should allow Chisora to get a W under his belt before challenging the top guys again. Cordina/Townend is a really good fight

I quite like this for one of the smaller matchroom cards.

When announced about the same time was frank warren a card - if you compare them this looks absolutely epic. The difference between Eddie and franks second tier cards are like chalk and cheese.
