Anyone think that Toney was going through the motions here?
It seemed almost tiresomely formulaic to me, with his trademark wit almost entirely absent. Peter looked nonplussed with it all, and just shouting "we can fight now, *****!" is hardly making him the new Ali, is it?
I usually enjoy Toney press conferences, but that one was a bit flat. I think it didn't help that he couldn't bounce off Peter that well, Peter wasn't giving him anything to work with.
But really, we've seen it all before. (Thanks for the opportunity to see it, mind...)
