I'm pretty sure it's gay people who are overwhelmingly the ones with HIV and the black population is hit higher than average with those numbers. Only notable dude I can recall with HIV recently was Bishop LongStroke in Atlanta who is black.

How do you sincerely feel about the fact that black men between 18-40 comprise 2% of the US population yet commit 50% of the violent crime in the country? Do you feel that is a problem? Or do you not believe that one either.

In general I agree with what you say. However the part of your comment talking about HIV, Gays and blacks and that blacks are more likely to be HIV suggest that Blacks are more likely to be Gay than other racial groups. I would say that is not the case and that the higher incidence of HIV is linked to drug use.

She obviously had a mental deficiency or had a mental breakdown. Either way she's an old lady and could have easily been disarmed by a full grown man without the use of deadly force. This kind of training is standard across most police forces, obviously america has some catching up to do in that regard.
