Yeah thats straight bullchit.

1. There wouldnt be a change in weight because as your breathing, you are equalized with atmosphere, the air in your lungs doesnt "weigh" anything"

2. Even if it was all perfectly sealed, the air in your lungs would weigh way less than 0.4 lbs.
