INSTANT REPLAY'S in BOXING?

It makes sense, but with boxing's fast paced action, you could argue for replays frequently throughout the fight. It would become a big mess and stall the action. I think limiting it to determining the cause of a headbutt and such is the best way to go.

I thought it would be good at 1st but it would be a bad idea for boxing.

It could easily be taking advantage of like imagine canelo or someone with some major pull getting hit with a crazy shot but they call foul and they use the replay to stall time to help the fighter recover.
