Comments Thread For: Dmitry Bivol: Callum Smith Has a Belt, I'd Like To Fight Him

Dmitry Bivol could open the door to mega-fights at Super-Middleweight as he prepares to defend his WBA World Light-Heavyweight title against Joe Smith Jr on Saturday March 9 at Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, New York, live on DAZN in the US and on Sky Sports in the UK.

Bivol should worry about Joe Smiths right hand before talking about Callum Johnson.
Yes Bivol is a skilled fighter, and he’s a heavy favorite but smith can crack .

Sorry, not against Bivol. The writing is in the wall. Big mismatch.

Callum Smith either KOs Bivol or scores multiple knockdowns. I truly believe Mundo beats Bivol, who has no punching power. Yes he struggled against a kickboxer, but he steps up his game depending on the opponent, e.g., he obliterated Groves.

What makes you say Bivol has no punching power? The fact that he’s the only person to KO Sullivan Bererra? Or did his stock drop in your eyes when he didn’t knock down Pascal (who has only ever been knocked down once, by a prime Krusher)

Bivol has knocked out 11 light heavyweights. Mundo has KO’d 0

Bivol can be the next big thing. His light heavyweight resume is ok. And I believe he can win big fights at 168lb, maybe Canelo fight in the future. I hope he's totally focused on Joe Smith Jr. Because Joe can be very dangeous.
