The ones who stand out for me are Bes*****, Ennis and Kelly. Butaev is good too but I don't see him being a Welterweight much longer. At least one of those 4 should pick up a World title.

Jaron Ennis for me. Soon to be a serious contender at WW.

Ennis for me. Bes***** looks good but idk about his chin yet. Yeleussinov should be in this list. I'm impressed by him more than I am with Kelly, he also beat Josh Kelly in the ams

Probably not the most promising one, but i want to rep my fellow countryman abbas barou.

Won bronze in the world amateur championship recently and has a style that is better suited for the progame.

In his last fight he secured a win against the tricky veteran carlos molina in his fifth fight.

If Josh Kelly can generate more pop in his punches then he will be a force at Welterweight. Ennis should be stepping up a level now IMO then we'll see if he's the real deal. Kerman Lejarraga looks a powerfull stalky little welterweight, he's been impressive so far and Lou DiBella thinks he'll soon be challenging. Other than these 3 and Yeleussinov on a couple of matchroom undercards I can't say I've seen them all to be honest.
