Pretty sure I heard him say he did a few amateur fights but wasnt very good.

Oh, alright. I stand corrected then; could've sworn he told either Kugan or Paris Fury that he never competed. Good to know. This makes him a better promoter. IMO, it raises anyone's stock involved with boxing if their own sacrifice for the game is great in any regard. Whether that be greatness from themselves or helping others develop is all quality in my book.
