The kid that beat Stevenson is even better Robeisy Ramirez and he defected already earlier this year.But back to your ? yea he looks to be the goods but I think he is like 26-7 if I remember right.Might be a little too late to fully reach his potential as it still takes a bit to learn pro game(unless your Loma or some smaller fighters under 118).
