I think we all just assume the aim of boxing is to knock the other guy out. Dude needs to hire better PR.

No we all don't assume that, when clearly there are fights every damn week where one guy or both are not fully trying to get a knock out, and are more so trying to box their way to a decision win. You even have guys who are dominating and still don't fully commit to getting a KO.

It’s going to be a good fight and challenging for Spence. He’s been devastating against stationary targets (even Algieri ear-muffed and lingered too much) but Mikey does little things that make him quite slick. He faints, darts in and out at an angle and makes subtle head movements and parries to avoid shots all while staying balanced in position to fire.

Mikey will slip, block, and parry everything Spence throws and take his head off with crisp, solid, clean rights and lefts, I could see a towel thrown but I hope not too early because I want to see a war.

It will be a war until later in the fight. A much better fight than most think.

I'm sure a lot of people thought that about Duran vs SRL too, and SRL was a big welter at 5'10" and never fought below. Mikey will lose I think but he is an extraordinary boxer, so it will be interesting. I can't see him taking Spence's shots for more than 10 rounds though. Can he hurt Spence? We'll see.
