I know what you are trying to do here but for a 29 year old with 22 fights or w/e Joshua's resume is "pretty good" at minimum

Fury well he has two big wins but little else

Wilder... I'm trying to throw Wilder a bone here but at 41 fights and almost in his mid 30s his resume is quite lacking

pretty much nailed it in the opening post, these three would struggle being top 10 in the 90s and we have delusional posters(probably youngsters) making what-if threads with 90s top HWs

CTE is for sure a problem in boxing. There are too many domestic abuse incidents, outside the ring violence & boxers who do crazy sh^t during & post-their boxing career. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if Oscar putting everything in his kitchen drawer up his ass is CTE related.

I think they are all pretty good fighters for different reasons.

Wilder's legacy is going to be about his ability to land the 'punch'. Rocky Marciano legacy is good because he landed in basically all his fights despite being outboxed and made to look foolish at times...now I'm not directly comparing or anything but just giving one example, there are others. If Wilder lands the big shots in his big fights people will gloss over the lack of ability. I do feel he got a gift against Fury, but he's still got it all in hands to win a rematch and make a legacy

Joshua is improving and shows great ring iq, he makes adjustments which has gone unnoticed by most posters here. He is very good for someone who was a late starter, in fact he's one of the most talented late starters I've seen. He's never going have Lennox Lewis or Rid**** Bowe type ability, and fluidity in his technique but he could have a HOF career, which would be pretty remarkable.

Fury is unique, for someone of that size we've never seen a heavyweight like him, he is unspectacular offensively but he's a very good defensive fighter. His confidence and self belief actually elevate him to a level above where he actually is. His jab, handspeed, and reflexes are underrated by most, including his opponents. He blows hot and cold but I think that's because his mind is all over the place, he's a bit of an enigma.

I think all 3 guys have unique abilities that would have made them relevant in any heavyweight era, the sheer size and athleticism for one may have caused an upset or two. But they are all flawed and for sure very beatable for the best heavyweights of past eras.

                  That's my truth

Pick a year in the 90's where they would all "struggle to be top 10" and i'll find those rankings and we can all laugh at you being wrong

do it, give me any year

                      Fury is vastly better...

He has beaten and dethroned “the man” wlad, then came back and schooled wilder
