Eddie talks way too much publicly for one so yeah he contradict himself at the same damn Press Conferences to different reporters.
I think Negotiations need to be done behind closed doors. Eddie is trying to communicate with Wilder through Nes from Tha Boxing Voice. That Public Pitch/Contract Offer was kinda Laughable and Cringe Yesterday.
Not only that but for Tax Purposes, stop throwing out these astronomical figures potentially putting guys in tough spots with the IRS. Boxing needs to put a Gag Orders on all Purses, Revenue, Ratings, PPV Buys so that fans can focus on the damn FIGHTS and not pretend to be Managers, Advisers and Promoters...Just Saying!
Boxing was fun PRE all this Wannabe Mayweather BS in which the focus shift to Purses and PPV Buys far more than the actual fights.
As for who is Ducking...it is BS going on from BOTH SIDES! Wilder and his team Cutting off Eddie, while Eddie using Very Childish Tactics and Insults being the reason why they Cut Him Off! They all just need to get out of their own way at this point. So Shelley was ready and waiting to send the contract but because Hearn did not say the exact words "We accept the offer" and instead chose to say "We are interested in your offer please send us a contract" it proves they didnt want the fight and it was a good reason for Finkel not to send them a contract? Dont you see how ****** that sounds? You wont admit it but you do.
The next step was to send a contract, Hearn asked for them to send a contract and they refused to send a contract for a fight they claimed to be desperate to make. Its ****ing ridiculous.
Although considering they would be expected to make that fight on BT Sports i can see why Finkel didnt want Hearn to see the details. Finkel knew that offer was dead in the water before it even started.
