And anyway, to use an extreme example to make a point - if I land 100 punches on you and you dodge 100, yet you land 1/1 on me...same power landed in all punches...I obviously win. Defense matters but when you are still getting outlanded by a pretty wide margin it doesn't really matter that much.
Canelo in the first fight and Jacobs in his fight both fought mainly to survive anyway. In the second fight Canelo was very competitive and I would like to see the 3rd one to see which side gets the advantage.
I think Canelo beats Jacobs legitimately and maybe stops him late to the body, or the head if the body starts to fall. Canelo seems energized by the GGG fights whereas Jacobs I think had a lot taken out of him.
