the Tank is a powerhouse just like Tyson was when he was 20 and 0. Garcia is a Pretty boy and has all of the girls following him on Facebook and Instagram and so he's marketable nationally . Oscar wants to have that goose that lays the golden eggs besides Canelo and he thinks that Ryan might be that goose. I don't think that the guy can rise to that level especially with head trainer Eddie Reynoso. It will take a lot less of a fighter to take out Ryan than Davis. Oscar knows this and so he still hopes for Ryan's development into that mega star which will never come.

The boxing business is controlled by a bunch of vipers and Oscar knows this. It takes one to know one. I remember when Manny Pacquiao had signed a contract with Gboy promotions and Oscar had given Manny $500,000 in cash as a signing bonus at the start of Manny's career. Bob Arum found out and immediately wanted a meeting with the PacMan. PacMan didn't know what to do and so he called Waki Salud, who had been an advisor to Manny in the Philippines. Manny told Waki "what should I do with Arum, I have already signed a contract with Oscar", to which Waki responded, "it won't hurt to hear Arum out". And so Waki took a flight to the U S that same night to help Manny with his meeting with Arum to which Arum offered Manny a $1 mil signing bonus and that he would take care of the legal costs when Oscar would sue. I know this personally because Waki told me. And so to make a long story short, Oscar has felt the Arum burn and so he is paranoid that someone, anyone, will take his fighter Garcia or anyone of his other fighters and this is why he gives Canelo 80% of the fight proceeds when Canelo fights and this is why Canelo has not left his organization .... Its not the same. Both Wilder and AJ are in their prime. Ryan isn’t. That wouldn’t be a good fight. That’ll be a slaughter.
