Two great, classy fighters going at it on the grandest stage of them all, LAS VEGAS! PERFECT!
That's how it should be.... Being confident in yourself but also showing your opponent the class and respect he deserves!
Ain't no need for all that pushing and shoving and being a loudmouth and disrespecting your opponent every chance there's a camera or microphone in front of you.... That's ****** as fucc and only people with no class and ****** hood**** ( both guys and girls) get their panties wet over shet like that!

Excited for this one. Boxing can still get the big fights done when the fighters actually want it.

Agreed ! But when we will see those god damn Welterweights sort things out , I swear we got the biggest fights in every division except that forsaken WW division.
I guess those guys are still waiting for Floyd to comeback or Manny to pick them next for the last couple of years.
WW rant over , on topic it will be a great fight!!

I honestly believe Canelo is wearing lifts in his shoes.

There's no photos of Fielding and Jacobs side by side, but there are photos of both standing next to Hearn, and they both come up to about the same level on Hearn who's like 6'4. Especially If u take Rocky's hair away, which makes him appear a bit taller. He's maybe 6'1 1/2 and Jacobs maybe 6'0 3/4. Not much of a difference between them.

Two young athletes in FULL TIME training mode! - YOUNG above average athletes in the PRIME of their careers! These combatants will have NO EXCUSES(!), nor will their respective fans, nor biased ones....at least they shouldnt! It should boil down to: who has a better handle or grasp on overall skilz to impose on the other.

Imo, Jacobs tends to be chess like methodical, especially when at times he should be thinking quicker (of course not recklessly) during a planned attack. But he does know how to "fight" when the going gets tough! Canelo on the other hand, is now a well rounded fighter and knows how to "brawl" in spurts at the right time....Aside from the opportunistic "bullying" (of those smaller less skilled fighters) that "promoter" Oscar encouraged (for keep busy easy titles), Canelo "seems" the better overall fighter. Maybe? We shall see.....

Which makes your original post inaccurate, to say the least:

It is also a fact that since this fight is a unification fight, it is not subject to a rehydration limit by rule. The rehydration limit is being imposed by Canelo.
That’s not Canelo’s problem. A fighter is aware of the contract deals to prepare for camp including their diet and conditioning coaches must do. Jacobs made a choice, info open to the public, for not exceeding 170lbs at 8AM the day of. Be it water weight calibration or muscle mass calibration, Jacobs will have compensated for this change during camp. There was a time where same day weigh ins existed, are we going to cry and say “well fighters back then weren’t allowed to rehydrate like today, so who knows who would’ve won!”

If you’re saying Jacobs will be deprived then you’re agreeing that he’s a Super Middleweight since Truax and Eubank Jr. are lighter than Jacobs on fight night even at 168. Quillin a big guy, but the point is these guys have moved on from 160 long ago.

Canelo and Jacobs were in agreement to this limit far back for the public to know. Comparing it to Jacobs’ last minute strategy isn’t even remotely the same nor accurate and honest comparison.

                    “Agreed Upon.”

Garcia vs Spence - “Agreed Upon.”

                      Pulling for Jacobs.

The only way he wins is to KO Canelo. He can’t win a decision without several knockdowns.

Canelo will be smooth sailing to a win
