Wilder ducked by his cherry pick gone wrong...haha what a clown
The problem with getting Fury more exposure

People are gonna be turned off watching Fury pitty pat his way to a 12 rd decision against competition who can't push him to the level Wilder pushed him. His dethroning of Klitschko was the most underwhelming, least violent, uninspiring heavyweight fight I've ever seen.
Styles make fights. Wilder's style is perfect to bring out the best in Fury.Comment

The thing is if you put him on ESPN+, which Top Rank will, you aren't really building the fight up any bigger than what it really is. Let's say ESPN+ has around 2.5-3M subscribers right now, are we really to think 25% of the subscribers will tune in to his next fight? That's what, 500-600k viewers? If they put him on the linear network then that is totally different. Then I can buy it. Fair point on his fight likely being boring, but he will make up for it with his post fight antics.Comment

Skill wise he is well above every heavy weight boxer and in my opinion would beat AJ easily, I think only Wilder has the puncher chance against him and even so. couldn't finish him when he had the chance, a rematch would probably be a one sided Fury's victory. Fans want heavy weights to impose brute force, like Mike Tyson,so I don't think 12 rounds easy decisions could help Fury; one other thing is that he is a ticking bomb that can go off at any time, personally I would put him in big fights immediately and get my money worth, before something happens.Comment

Not really. Fury is far from unbeatable as Cunningham showed, it's just not that hard to outbox wilder.Comment

HBO tried to push the Klitschko brothers for a decade but the American public was never interested. Putting Fury in against a Joseph Parker-type fight on ESPN is not going to help sell this thing at all.
Saying that, Arum isn't interested in building this fight. The fact of the matter is that he has a lot of dates to fill and Fury will like draw just enough eyeballs for ESPN to be satisfied even if he is fighting Pulev or Parker.Comment

If he’s gives Espn platform to promote himself he may be able to attract a audience based off his personality. Mayweather didn’t need to crack at WW to be the main guy in the sport
But Top Rank will do like they do best and pick opponents for Fury so he can shine and he may not be a heavy hitter but he can get guys out and He’ll probably be lined up against fighters that Fury can mow downComment
