Cannot believe the cowardice of Fury, he don't want any part of that windmill after feeling the power. Let's hope Wilder does the Undisputed fight later this year. Fury pulled the same stunt on Klitscho cos he knew he would lose the rematch so made excuses about 'mental issues' and was caught taking steroids should have been banned for lifeComment

Fury’s got time on his side. I don’t really blame him for taking the money; it’s a huge sum of money and he can still make the Wilder fight.
I do think it’s a bad investment for Arum though. Fury can be in an exciting fight with Wilder because of Wilder’s fight-ending power creating tension (with Fury playing the skilful matador)
He’s likely to look boring and weak against other fighters (other than Joshua), he can’t generate interest with impressive KOs because he can’t generate them to save his life.
So I see Arum pouring money into a diminishing asset.Comment

Just because Wilder is a free agent he should accept the 5 fight deal from Top Rank just to get the rematch with Fury? Couldn't Arum just offer a deal for a September fight as a one off? Further, we would be getting the unification fight if Hearn sends the 40% offer on Dec 2nd. But we all know that Joshua Wilder is a bigger fight if Wilder beats Fury first. So the timing of the verbal 40% offer is su****ious, although not to be disregarded. Both fighters said they wanted but because Tyson Fury signed a deal that took care of him financially he has to be the fighter that Ducked. Personally Tyson is not all there he rarely follows through with rematches but I can never question his heart. He threw himself in the deep end to be rewarded which he has. He should already have the WBC strap. He doesn’t and I couldn’t care less . However , there is no doubting the fighter that gained mostly in the Dec 1st bout was Fury. It is Wilder that needs the rematch more than Fury.
I watched an interview with Fury even after him signing the deal that all he wants is Wilder still. He contradicts himself daily but so does Wilder. Why would Wilder come out and say he is a free agent? Did you honestly see him going to ESPN or DAZN? Of course you didn’t so why did he say it then?
Wilder was so hell bent on the rematch that his team didn’t want to entertain becoming undisputed which is weird. It is what it is
Also, the fact that you vouch for Barrett is offputting at best.Comment

Wilder does not have a contract with Showtime. So he COULD have fought Fury on ESPN. But the only deal offered was a FIVE fight deal. What’s with all you posters and Robbie Barrett I have never heard so much cheerleading amongst posters about one individual. You have WBC WBA IBF requesting a picture of Robbie before he leaves and all type of weird stuff. All of you were vilifying the dude but he seems to be on the right track so I am hearing. I don’t even really know the bet I just post and try and get some of you WilderlitesJust because Wilder is a free agent he should accept the 5 fight deal from Top Rank just to get the rematch with Fury? moist and take my baby oil and leave.
I don’t know anything about what Arum has suggested so if that is the case then of course that is ******. Wilder is wise to go in a different direction.
As for Barrett I always root for the underdog you should know that. Apart from fat cheeseburger eating underdogsComment
