The other sanctioning bodies haven't had their offices raided by the FBI like the IBF has. They've been pretty good about sticking to their rules since then.
Somehow the IBF is the most legit title in boxing

WBA - Most corrupt by far. Should have lost recognition the second they introduced the super titles in 2001. A completely bogus organization at this point.
WBC - Caters to the stars. Puts facilitating big fights in front of being fair to all. Which is often good for the fans, but not good for fighters struggling for an opportunity.
IBF - Doesn't cater to anybody. Stars and fighters struggling for an opportunity are treated as equals. Which is often bad for the fans, but at least it's fair.
WBO - In house Arum/Warren belt. Not a real world title. Literally founded by the man banished by the WBA for operating a bribery ring.Comment

Good post, I agree with all of this. Since the IBF got raided by the FBI they've been pretty good about sticking to their own rules. I wish ESPN, Yahoo, etc would start referring to any WBA champs and junior/minor title holders, if at all.WBA - Most corrupt by far. To be fair, I was impressed when Jacobs missed the second weigh-in against GGG, and IBF removed the belt from play. Rules are rulesComment
