So many reasons why a rematch is needed and this is one of them

I can’t think of a single good reason why this fight should take place. What in the world would approve? Floyd has already proven he’s the best fighter of this generation. If he beats Pacquiao, he proves nothing. It’s Pacquiao wins, he proves that he beat a 42-year-old Floyd Mayweather. In other words, the fight has no appeal to anyone who is not a hard-core Manny Pacquiao fan. And that just isn’t enough for me to get interested.

So TL;DR, Mayweather and Pacquiao had an agreement that they can both use the legal pain killer for their respective injuries. Mayweather was allowed to use pain killers because he disclosed his injury and disclosed the use of pain killer to the NSAC, and Pacquiao was not allowed to use pain killers because he did not disclose the injury to the NSAC. So in short, Team Pacquiao was irresponsible and didn't do their due diligence

Who pays Nsac? Who pays USADA? Not to mention Floyd paid USADA 6 times more than necessary.
