Anthony Joshua is only tested by VADA after he signs a fight and the promoter pays VADAs fees he is not tested all year round by them he is on 365 random testing by UKAD only when he is the UK which is not very often.

The WBA do not pay VADA for random testing on their top 15 fighters the only organisation that does that is the WBC that’s why Jarrell Miller (ranked 2 by WBA) was kicked out of the WBC rankings
2 years ago because he refused to sign up to 24/7 testing and when asked about it recently he said “ I don’t want to be followed around by a man with a cup “
