what seems more likely is that hearn asked to see a contract and they sent him a term sheet before having one officially drawn up and hearn didnt respond to the term sheet

are you 100 percent positive hearn didnt ask them to "send a contract" and that espinoza sent a 3 page term sheet outlining the contract but waiting for a "go" before he had an official contract drawn up?

it sounds to me like espinoza sent a term sheet outlining major details but not an official contract....when hearn asked to "send a contract".....now hearn is just arguing semantics "you didnt actually send me a contract like you said you did"
