William Joppy at Light Heavyweight ?

    Light heavyweight
    William Joppy TKO5 Jonathan Corn

    Records: Joppy, 37-4-1, 28 KOs; Corn, 44-15-2
Rafael's remark: Joppy, a former middleweight titlist, was all the way up at 176 pounds, a weight at which he probably can't be competitive against top fighters. Fortunately, Corn is far from a top fighter, and Joppy handled him with ease. He dropped Corn with a body shot in the opening round. In the fifth, Joppy dished out a beating until dropping Corn with a right hand and forcing the referee to stop the bout.

    I thought he retired?

lol I thought he was going to do so much more than he did . I'm still a fan but boy did he let me down. He should have taken the Keth Holmes fight when he had the chance BUT NO HE SAYS TITO IS THE EASYER FIGHT. LMAO ..oh well i hope he does whatever it is he plans to do at LH.

He's retired like two or three times now.I figured that he would stay away after the Taylor fight.

Joppy is a humiliation to the boxing world. After that marathon with Taylor I don't know how he gets to fight. He should retire for good.

joppy had the skills to beat a lot of people, just not the focus, if he didnt try to out muscle tito he could have beat him, in round 3 i think it was, he threw and i think landed the most punchs anybody had ever against trinidad in a single round and was lookin good, but he didnt keep his hands up and he was delusional to think he could out muscle trinidad, if he would have kept a proper distance and his compusure i really believe he could have beat tito.
