Alright kid,sit down for your lesson.ive given you plenty of reasons
sure canelo fan fight bivol
but why should he? give me a good reason
has bivol cleaned out his division? does bivol sell tickets and bring fans? how many ppvs he headline?
ill wait while you give me a good reason for canelo to choose bivol
now kovalev? sure...hes been the man and still might be at 175.... hes been on ppvs....built a solid resume and is a known name..
now tell me about bivol?
I don't even have to reference golovkin here...ill school you without his name
lets talk bivol...tell me about his credentials...tell me why canelo should jump up YET ANOTHER weight class to fight bivol.....
gooooooooo
1.Bivol is 28 years old. Basically the same age as canelo. He'd be fighting a prime fighter.
2. He's a world champion at 175. The wba super world champion. (The same organization where canelo has that regular title at 168.)
3. He has an great amateur pedegree with a record of 268-15.
4. Bivol is touted by many as the best at 175,with convincing wins over Barrera, chemilba, and Pascal.
5. Bivol is willing to meet canelo at 168,a weight at which canelo has fought before, and currently has a belt,so canelo would be comfortable at the weight.
Now as to why canelo shouldn't fight kovalev.
1. Kovalev is no longer in his prime. He he's turning 36 in less that two months, and by the time that canelo would be willing to fight him (2020 by his own words) he'd be 37.
2. Kovalev has been been stopped twice in his last 5 fights, and has lost 3 of his last 6.
3. Kovalev has always had trouble making 175,so he wouldn't be able to go any lower for canelo. Canelo would have to go up to 175 (a completely new division) and give up alot of advantages.
4. Kovalev is no longer the boogyman at 175. Many people believe that both bivol and gvozdyk beat him, along with possibly Artur.
5. The only ppvs that kovalev has ever been on were the "mega" fights with ward. First one did 165 k,while the second one only did 130 k. Kovalev is not a ppv fighter.
There you go boss, hope that was informative.Comment

bivol hasnt even separated himself from gvozdyk or beterbiev yet
all of the sudden amateur pedigree is something to weigh when looking for a good opponent to make a successful event? lol....hey man that amateur pedigree really puts them butts in the seats and gets them viewers eh
being touted means squat...go prove your the best at 175 and build your profile
he should fight bivol cause bivol also holds a wba belt? hahahahaha...that's supposed to be some incentive? lol...as if that WBA is more prestigious than the others?
dude....bivol brings virtually nothing to the table for canelo...and obviously carries high risk....with virtually no reward other than enhancing canelos already HOF resume and legacy...which canelo will do anyways with or without bivol
for someone like canelo to take a risk like bivol that guy would first have to do some cleaning out of his division...do a ppv and sell some seats
hes done none of it
but hey man hang your argument on amateur pedigree and wba belts(cause ya know canelo has a wba belt too hehehehe yeahhhhhhhhh!!!!!)Comment

Alright so long story short, bivol is too dangerous for canelo at 168. Gotcha. It's been a great talk buddy, keeping cheering on the ginger.that was a lesson? lol

I never denied that...its a risky fight...and bivol doesn't bring anything to make it worth canelos while......and you know that
its a risky fight...its not fighting fielding after fighting a p4p rated ko artist at mw....this is a different animal and bivol brings squat to the table
canelo has one of the best resumes in the sport..maybe the best sans pacquiao....and hes about to add another solid name
and hes 28.....bivol hasnt even become the man in his division and has at least two tough guys to beat to do so.....Comment

Hurts? What are you babbling about, man?yup
"but andre ward said he'd do 160 for Floyd"....how many times we heard that excuse for golovkins 164 request and duck? about a million
and ward said 160 for Floyd in the same context that bivol said hed fight canelo....the question was asked to ward...he didn't come out and say it
best thing about golovkin? hes given us enough material to last many years!
it hurts I know...but he wasn't what you th ought he was...you got sold a bill of goods that wasn't equal to what you paid...I get it...it hurts
You're falling into the trap of imagining that other folk think in the same way that you do, and granted I'm sure there's some that do on here, but I ain't one of them.
Myself I've enjoyed watching Golovkin's career and consider myself a fan, same as I do of many other fighters. Disappointed that we didn't get to see if he could prove what I believe he was capable of at this best, but again, the same as I'd say of many other fighters.
Now. You gonna admit you straight up jumped the gun on the 'Bivol calling out Canelo' nonsense and just admit you got it wrong or divert some more?Comment
