Clearly, the odds are against Mikey but i commend this guy for the risk. Should I say there's an upset coming?

Lucky for Spence he's on the right side of the street.

Seriously? The PBC can't even get Spence a match with an in house welter weight? Haymon owns the division and the best he can do is Ocampo and a light weight...disgrace.

Sorry but this fight is predicable crap. Good for Mikey but as for Spence, he can fight Tank next. Both are on the same side of the street and he only out weighs Tank by 3 divisions.

With Spence it's all about legacy

I think people forget Mikey is 31 years old. That's not an age we're u want to be giving up too much size.

Even thought Floyd would give up a lot of natural weight at an older age he'd always make sure his opponent didn't have that much height or reach over him plus he was much more agile

Mikey will not only bring the best of of Spence, but he will also bring the beast out as well.a good clinic will it last. The all hell will break loose. Mikey wants to be stronger than Spence but that’ll slow him down. Both will be bodysnatching.

You can't force guys like Porter, Thurman, or Garcia to fight, even though like Spence said should be able to make.

If Mikey can't keep Spence from coming in with some shots that hurt him, and gets caught on the ropes, he will be in trouble. Well, I think trouble is coming, and hell is coming with it.

Mikey loses of course. Brook was even bigger than Spence and physically overpowered and bullied him at times in the first half of the fight.

Problem is Spence was not mentally phased at all by the realisation that Brook was bigger and stronger so he didn't cave in and just kept on coming.

Another problem was that Spence hits like a freight train, viciously and frequently attacks the body, and his ridiculous stamina levels. Brook just couldn't keep overworking himself to keep up with this monster for twelve rounds and ended up getting run over.

But if you put Brook in the ring with Garcia Brook stomps. Way too big and way too strong, this the same guy that lifted GGG off his feet twice with an uppercut after all.

If Mikey was a full fledged weltwerweight however he might have had a 50/50, maybe even 60/40 chance with that version of Brook.

100%. I believe Mikey has said he's not thinking that way, but Mikey is too smart to not have this in the back of his head if he loses.

Now if Spence doesn’t knock him out or it’s close he will lose value and Crawford would be considered A side.
I wouldn't go this far doe. I don't think a decision win does much harm for Errol. And I think Errol vs Bud is so far off (2020+ in my estimation) that either guy could be the A side by the time & this fight only increases Errol's chances cuz Mikey is a name & names make you the A side more than results. Plus I feel like Errol vs Manny is possible this year & if Errol gets & wins that fight he'll for sure be the A side when he fights Bud.

Then again honestly who gives a sh^t who's A side except probably Errol & Bud. I just wanna see them fight.

Ocampo was a mando not a choosen opponent. If Errol gave up his belt & didn't fight Ocampo some mfers would be dissing him for ducking so it was a no win situation for Errol.

The other criticism is valid doe. I've stated before & continue to believe that Haymon is giving boxers fights a manager gets not fights a promoter gets their fighters. And as he should he is a manager despite the promoter claims that still linger.

But the problem is PBC is basically a defacto promoter, not unlike HBO or Showtime, & the PBC product suffers cuz its ran like a manager would run it not like a promoter would or should.

                    Mikey is a game fighter

Just as Tim Bradley pointed out. "They see something that they can expose". Albeit; Bradley believes Spence does not move his head enough and will be there for the counter. Garcia eluded to that as well...they also feel Mikey has more "experience" overall....If they are banking on that, Mikey is in for a rude awakening and long night.
