Parker had a copromotional deal w Top Rank in the states. So I would be stoked if this leads to Parker v Fury.

Not overly surprising at this point - with every day that passes, it eats further into fight camp. Parker already missed out on a full camp before the Whyte fight, so it's pretty clear Delboy's Team tried to follow that blueprint and stretch "negotiations" out.
