Arum - Cut off Negotiations because "GGG's attitude, not worth the trouble"

Bob Arum going on show claims ESPN opted to cut off all negotiations with Gennady Golovkin because they "didn't like Golovkin's attitude" and decided "he was not worth the trouble".

Here's the full show with Bob Arum discussing a range of topics including GGG's ESPN talks and plans for Spence vs Crawford this year.

lol Bob is just bull****ing here. I'll bet ESPN didn't want to sign GGG because he was asking for too much money, which makes sense because the only top MW Top Rank has is Rob Brant. Arum also called the Fury-Klitschko fight "entertaining" which is definitely the first time i've heard that fight described in that way.

I think it is pretty damn clear Golovkin is heading to DAZN and ESPN couldn't compete at all in terms of opponents or money. Really, if he wants to stay at MW, NO one can.

I didn't even know ESPN was a serious candidate for GGG's services lol.

It's good that he isn't signing with ESPN...all the champions at Middleweight are on DAZN

Canelo changed the man, if you can still call him a man. No, Gorobkins is more a shell of a man, a shadow of his former self (mentally, psychologically) and we are watching this sad state of affairs unfold before our very eyes. The guy needs help, and he needs it fast. I wish his family, friends, NSB fans and his team would take a real deep look and realise that GGG is suffering and only a professional can help him now.

It's really quite sad and I do have sympathy for GGG, no boxer deserves this, no human deserves this. We just want GGG to be GGG again, not this monster that Canelo/blunt force trauma made him to be.

Canelo won the fight by split decision. That and lost the first in most people's eyes. Canelo would likely win the third fight. But I do agree he has a couple fights left and should call it a career

Yeah Posted that in another thread, that was surprising to me. Or maybe GGG is frustrated with the entire management situation with the pending Lawsuit he has against them now on top of feeling ROBBED vs Canelo TWICE. Don't know who the hell to trust at this point
