Canelo not only beat the Mexican Style out him but sent GGG in a infinite state of Vacation. lol Loeffler and Sanchez first said he's on vacation he'll make a decision on next fight by Dec. then it became after Christmas, then after new years. He already took himself out of the running for a Canelo fight in May after Golden Boy reached out in Jan and they said he's not trying to fight so they moved on and signed with Jacobs. If he waits 3 weeks we talking deep into March. We know this entire time GGG hasn't been training with Sanchez or any trainer for that matter. This is now a very long layoff from fighting or training. Best case if he signs something quick he fights in June against a bum. But if this drags on much longer he will take himself out the running for Sept payday with Canelo/Jacobs winner. Any fight later then June he doesn't have enough time to turn around and fight again in Sept. Or maybe he is going to take a full year off.
