Gvozdyk is unknown as was Loma back then. He had no problem losing a purse bid so he wouldn't put up the money. Those guys aren't bringing in money at that time. Arum over bid on Saucedo/Hooker to have it on ESPN, why win that purse bid when Stevenson/Gvozdyk was a bigger fight? Because Saucedo was bringing in money while fighting at home, unfortunately he lost. Arum doesn't care to lose a purse bid for fighters that aren't a draw, but he will go all in for others or do what he can to prevent them like he did for Ramirez and Prograis.

EXACTLY! I been watching boxing too long I know how Arum works as well. There will never be a 1 fight deal when it comes to Arum, especially if that fighter has a chance to beat his guy. He'll send an offer over along with some language requesting future options of Wilder's next fights. Wilder's team would decline that offer and Arum will go the media blaming Haymon for Wilder not accepting the deal.
With that being said, if ESPN comes with a Massive Deal and everything in the deal comes back fair, then Wilder should go over to ESPN and I think Haymon would have no problem allowing it BUT what won't happen is that he signs and all of a sudden Arum is running his career and trying to match make for him and trying to tell him what to do and who to fight. That is NEVER going to happen!Comment

Haymon has no problem sending over fighters if the deal is right. People seem to forget that he sent over Jacobs to fight GGG on HBO. Sent over both Chavez Jr. and Khan to fight Canelo on HBO. Haymon doesn't want his boxers tied down with owing future options. Just like Arum would never agree to give another promoters options on his fighters. Arum always seems to get options on fighters not aligned with TR, but when have we seen a TR fighter give options to GB or PBC? NeverEXACTLY! I been watching boxing too long I know how Arum works as well.

lol. Loma was a two time Olympic gold medal winner who had controversy lost in his chance to make history as a champion in his second pro fight. His pro debut was part of the bradley Marquez ppv u servers and was heavily hyped. Arum badly wanted the Loma Russell fight on HBOand barely lost the purse bid. Nice try though lol.Gvozdyk is unknown as was Loma back then. He had no problem losing a purse bid so he wouldn't put up the money. Those guys aren't bringing in money at that time. He also wanted Stevenson-Gvozdyk and bid 1.675 million for the fight. That was more than the 1.625 million he bid for Saucedo-Hooker. He wanted all 3 fights but only won 2 purse bids. Facts.Comment

The deal is with Top Rank, not ESPN. ESPN has a broadcast deal with Top Rank. Further, the dollar amount for the deal is based on Fury fighting both Wilder and Joshua. Essentially, it's like an NFL deal where they give you the total dollar amount assuming all incentives are met just to make it sound good.Damn!!! ESPN just got SUKERED into a $100 million deal with a fighter with ZERO belts and both HW's that have them fight on other networks. Fury and Wilder aren't fighting and no F'n way does AJ fight on ESPN on what their paying for him.... ESPN bought a name with no one to fight.
LMFAO!!! I haven't seen a robbery this bad since PBC burned through those billions in record time.Comment

Wilder should go if ESPN is giving him a solid contract!
I don’t care where the fight happens just needs to happen!Comment

Fury sells! Arum knows the game! A flamboyant, trash-talking, Caucasian fighter, with skills, is like gold in the U.S.! If Conor McGregor had some boxing skills, all the promoters would be in a bidding war ASAP! Fury will make money if he only fought Jennings, Rivas, and Pulev! Bob will make him a household name in the U.S.! If Bob could sell Algieri, imagine what he does with Fury!Damn!!!
