you are all missing the point, Kownacki is 50-70+ lbs lighter than him yet looks 50+lbs heavier, flabby and fat.

Miller holds the weight extremely well without looking like a blobby mess and still retains extremely good stamina and one of the highest punch outputs in the HW division.

They are both fat. Im 48 years old and havent done **** as far as exercise in ten years or better and I look better than both of them. Ill agree that boxing isnt a bodybuilding contest but they are both carrying way too much weight. They have gotten by because of the quality of their competition. They will both pay the price for not sacrificing the cheeseburgers at the elite level. Jarrell is a naturally big man. He probably doesnt need to drop 50lbs or anything but 270lbs would do wonders for him if he controlled it correctly. I have a feeling he is here for one big pay day and he will bounce, he might get another decent one after but he doesnt take it seriously.

He's carrying around a lot more weight than necessary and it's bound to cost him at the top level. He's been getting by because of the quality of his opponents, but let's see what kind of shape he's bringing to the ring and how he's gonna perform against Joshua.

I think it'll come down to him not being able to hurt Joshua and Joshua breaking him down and stopping him in the 2nd half. Never saw anything special in Miller.

One of the best (if not THE best) Polish coaches, Andrzej Gmitruk died last year, unfortunately. It complicated plans of many Polish boxers, incl. Izu and Szpilka. Izu had to find a new reliable coach, he found Johnathon Banks and plans to have 3 fights in 2019.
