Have the RING really re-instated Tyson Fury as champion?

I've heard it said in a few interviews, even by Max Kellerman. But can't find it on any RING website links?

No they have not done that. Why would they? They did raise Fury up from number 7 well below Wilder to number 2 above Wilder no doubt because they thought Fury deserved the win. Ring has the world champion vacant. They have AJ as the number 1 heavyweight. Fury is 2nd, Wilder is 3rd, Whyte is 4th and Ortiz is 5th. If either Fury or Wilder beat AJ ring would probably name the one who beat AJ as champion. If AJ beats either Wilder or Fury ring would probably name AJ as champion. Right now Ring has the title vacant.

They should give him back his ring magazine belt I mean he’s the only one who can be legitimate lineal, without him the heavyweight lineage ends and he’s done a 2 year suspension! If Canelo was forgiven why not Fury

no. the ring HW title is vacant and fury is behind joshua in the rankings with wilder at three.

fun fact, the only guy joshua fought in the top 5 is whyte at #4 and that was well before he was even ranked in the top 10!

          anywho..

the ring has very specific rules, it is the one belt you can't just be handed. not sure if he has to beat joshua or just joshua or wilder.. either way he hasn't done it so...

Nevermind ignore this thread. I watched the interview back and I'd misheard what Max Kellerman said.
