he's not running for president and he will not win if he does anyways. yall have to remember ONLY the poor-lower class filipinos see manny as their god and that's only because they depend on him. the philipines has it's good and bad, poor and rich. the middle-upper class dont give a damm about manny because they dont depend on him!

He’s in a good program with Al Haymon to systematically wipe his debt with the IRS. Pac still gets highly garnished his earnings until he fulfills his debt. He also had to fulfill his debts in the Philippines, and all his political services including being pro Duende was a political move to help Pacquiao. Pac had serious problems with Tax evasion in the Philippines.


This is why I don’t want PAC to lose until Haymon has helped him debts. Top Rank had years to help Pacquiao with these problems nor did they recommend a financial adviser or manager to overlook his spendings. Someone at Top Rank should’ve automatically had Pac filed both domestically and internationally and get it out of the way each year. When it came time to audit Pacquiao, he had spent more than he should’ve and couldnt fulfill what was owed.

Again this want a news source.. I just had a 15 minute passing conversation with some Filipino citizens. They could have been telling me 100% truth or speaking 50% lies, because of self perspective and bias. But man to see the glow in their eye, and heart the hope Manny gives some people was amazing
