Robbie was right after all. They waited for AJ/Miller confirmation before coming up with this. Smooth move! Now, no pressure.

But co-PPVs may be the only way to get fights like Spence/Crawford and now Wilder/Fury.
That’s 2 networks that have to get paid. And both fighters have to be super stars for networks to see its worth splitting the money. And I don’t think none of those fight which are very good fights are worth it financially.

Yeah, you would have to be looking at a 9 figure revenue, or close to that for them to entertain the idea of a split PPV i think.

Look at the size of the only two fights they ever did it with. Nothing today even comes close.

No doubt, that becomes the issue here. Are the fights big enough for SHO/ESPN to work together? With the landscape of boxing changing, this is our only hope, as slim as it may be.

Really love all the boxing fans in this thread who are taking great pleasure in the fact we're probably going to miss out on another huge heavyweight fight. ****ing weirdos on this site.

Fury had a near-death experience and woke up as a changed man.

No more clowning around, he's speaking seriously about his health and future.

If the rematch doesn't materialize, Deontay is the certified boogie man of boxing.

If that's the case, I'll root for every one of their opponents. Boxing should be set up like hockey, basketball or football. The best should fight the best. I hope all 3 of them, Joshua, Fury and Wilder get beat decisively. This fvking sport needs to reformed completely.

FURY doesn't want the WILDER fight anytime soon. FURY knows WILDER is going to finish him if they fight next. Now we won't see it for a few yrs. Damn!!!

What? Top Rank? kinda odd if you ask me. This definitley puts the Wilder and Joshua fights in Jeopardy. This really came out of nowhere and I'm afraid it's even more bad bews for the heavyweight division.
