Remember Brook beat Porter too, and more convincingly in my eyes than Thurman did. Brook is a solid win for Spence. It was a fairly close fight at first, but Brook was definitely breaking down. He was up against a guy that hit at least as hard as GGG with solid skills. That was the problem. He doesn't need people like you to make excuses for him.
I thought a win over a guy coming from a loss + lay off+ injury wasn't full legit on nsb but I guess that single alfabet titlist legacy eroll dude get a pass.

im rooting for mikey but every interview i see on robert about this fight, he's not confidence at all lol. you can see it in his face. he's just saying mikey will beat spence because he's suppose to say that! but when you listen to him he doesnt believe it.

Yeah, I'm sure losing his 0 helped brook's confidence, helped his preparation while healing that eye socket, staying away from sparring...
Also, having to lose all the weight gained for the 160 fight make it a perfect 100% optimal training camp and tbh, I think Spence should be labelled as an atg already.

To be honest Spence's resume is actually not very impressive yet, but not from a lack of trying to get fights with the top guys. Enough people recognize his rare combination of athleticism, speed, power, and skills. We won't really know how good he is until he fights guys like Crawford and Thurman. Thurman, Garcia, and Porter don't seem to keen on fighting him, and they all have had plenty of chances.
