Maidana's comeback contract with PBC details revealed by argentinian newspaper

    - 1° A contract to carry out three combats in the place, the date and the rival that decides the "Premier Boxing Champions".

    - 2° The first fight shall take place no later than August 2019.

    - 3° The company will pay Maidana 14.5 million US dollars as follows: 1.5 million for the first fight; 3 million for the second and 10 million for the third.

-4° The result of the first fight will give continuity to the successive fulfillment of the contract: only if he wins the first one will he do the second one; and only if he wins the second one will he do the third one, unless the result, in any of the cases, was accidental by injuries, wounds or controversial "failures" that merit a revenge.

    - 5° A defeat will entitle the company to cancel the contract without any subsequent claim.

Well at least he's getting a guaranteed 1.5 million no matter what. I wonder who his first opponent will be.

A soft touch. Each fight will get progressively harder. The third must be something big, not sure what they have in mind for 10 million.

2nd I bet is a Broner rematch. 3rd must be Pacquiao. Maidana couldn't command 10 mill vs any other active welterweight besides Pac.

I'll be amazed if Maidana can still make 147 tbh.

That's a nice deal. Maidana might get a ppv fight vs Spence or Pacquiao next year.

I guess first fight is Maidana vs a nobody at 154 pounds. They will probably drag up a 147 pounder to 154. Josesito Lopez comes to mind, but since he almost stopped Thurman I don't think so lol.

Second fight would be Broner rematch at 147.

Third fight would be a PPV fight against any top5 147er.

Man, why can't we have the same updates for Glovkin?
Is the media in Kazakhstan dead?
                    Still nothing for GGGG.
Is he still alive or what?
