I had Figs winning by a round or two but those cards were atrocious.

I mean what's the point of doing the other dude that dirty?

96-94 either way or draw is fair, but that fight was in no way comfortable for either fighter.

Nope but how about Figueroa vs the winner of Peterson vs Lipinets?

Lets talk the future , Lipinets or Peterson would be a good fight for Omar, that's 50/50 in my eyes. Peterson was good at 140, can they both make it to 140 depends on the money? Maybe a handicap for Peterson at this point? Yet why did this fight go to 147? It was slated for 140lb then as changed to 147 late, not a good sign! I don't see Omar rolling over Peterson or Lipinets at any weight., Think everybody's fighting 147 now. So should be entertaining.

Surprised that the Diaz clan lets this young, undefeated guy come in so pudgy. He should be contending at JWW

Anyone who had Molina winning the fight is a *****ing clown. Point blank period.

Omar clearly won that fight, I don't understand where anyone is even coming from saying it could've gone either way.

You only saw Figueroa's punches, evidently. Molina threw less but hit him as well, and more effectively sometimes.

A draw would have been the fairest outcome, a point or even two for either fighter could have been acceptable, but those were incompetent - or bought - judges.

Figueroa's pressure was ineffective for large chunks of the fight, but there's always someone who sees making a lot of foam in the water as the sign of a dominant performance. It reminds me of De La Hoya winning fights on screaming chicks after his missed flurries.

                    Agreed. Embarrassing scoring.
