I would say #3, after Ortiz and Stiverne. Although you could make an argument that Miller would beat the version of Stiverne that Wilder fought.

I think Breazeale's better then Miller at least when in shape . The Breazeale who fought Joshua would defeat Wilder ,he wouldn't have near the fire power coming his way and would be able to press Wilder . Wilders limited punch count doesn't come close to be getting hit for 7 rounds from Joshua.
