MSG seats 21000 when the full venue is staged.

Cong**** on setting a record, whatever the old record was, but there's still been no mention of the tickets sold (notice how they didn't even allude to that at all) or the actual dollar value of tickets sold for this record.

The full tickets go on sale Tuesday; let's see how long it takes for them to sell that 21000 through, lol.

lol...i dont care...i hope hearn is right...i hope the fight does well and is a good fight....

nothing changes the fact that they avoided wilder so obviously...so obviously that lennox, fury, parker, froch, khan etc all told us such.....
What a BS timeline firstly Wilder didn't mention no dates until after the Povetkin fight was forced by WBA before which Wilder had plenty of time/a couple days to notice and raise what was such a glaring and apparently deal breaking mistake and secondly Hearn didn't have dates even for the Povetkin fight as he was yet to secure Wembley but was able to provide the WBA with enough evidence to satisfy that Povetkin would be next hence the delay in that announcement. That is fact, non disputable facts, you can make wild accusations of Hearn forcing WBA but you can't dispute the timeline. Also the fight was set for Povetkin once Hearn offered the April date for Wilder it wasn't like that was some secret date on the original contract like you're making out.

Also if what them other guys say is the gospel then they all said Fury won that first fight and it shouldn't have been a draw they can't all be wrong right?

Do people realise that this doesn't actually mean a lot?

It's a pre-sale. That could mean there is only 1000 tickets available on pre-sale. It might be that they only put the thousand most expensive tickets available, thus making it the highest grossing ever. You could put just 20 tickets on sale and then claim it's the fastest sell out of pre-sale tickets ever, which technically it would be. It really means nothing without real facts and figures.

Also, not every event has a pre-sale either. Selling x amount of pre-sale tickets at inflated prices in today's market has nothing to do with the overall attendance and gate receipt. You can't even make direct comparisons to other events because we don't know what tickets were available and how many. In theory you could have 5000 pre sale tickets, where as other events might only have 1000, thus making you clearly the highest grossing. It's just a soundbite to sound good.

Is it a coincidence that Hearn said GGG Brook sold in 13 minutes with the same promoter involved in NYC for June for an unknown Miller? I guess British folk have the money and ambition to go to NY for Miller? Is it that worth it? Let’s see a filled out MSG arena with British flags in all sections and decibels unheard of football interior level chants.
please go sleep and stop mortifying yourself.
              Ahhhh Wilderettes.

I know people are salty but damn the things tbey are making up, it's quite pathetic. And for those saying stubhub bought them all.. Well even if they did, this event has still broke the record and the event managers have made their money. I don't get what these haters are trying to prove. Lest hope Wilder vs AJ also sells out like this.. It only means we have a healthier sport.. Aren't we all boxing fans?
                1) how many events, nevermind boxing events, presold tickets for a show at MSG.

                2) with $5000 and $3000 tickets for sale (with every other section blocked, lol), how many tickets would you imagine that Hearn would have to buy/sell to top?

I don't recall if Wilder-Fury did presale for their fight, but it was quickly public knowledge that they sold over $1m in tickets on Day 1.

Hopefully Joshua's numbers hold up on Tuesday, lol

LMAO!
But the US is a relatively new market to Hearn, no one is really ****ing with him here (especially with the DAZN model ****ting on every platform), and Joshua isn't that hot out here either.

If Hearn can't move the tickets, he's ****ed lol.

Whether it's fan sales or not doesn't matter. They are still sold so the fight is a success and come fight night it will be a full house. Hardly any ring side tickets available at the moment check for yourself
