Spence is slow as hell, that isn't the problem. The problem is that Mikey won't have enough firepower to keep Spence off him. His power didn't seem effective at 140 and going to be even weaker at 147.

spence isnt "slow as hell". now maybe compared to someone like "khan" if you said it in contrast to his speed then maybe in that context you would be sayin' somethin' but overall spence is nowhere near "slow as hell".
Its NOT just about "power" or "size" there are MANY intangibles that athletes have to take into consideration other than that

Yes, less than a year ago, Mikey was a Champion at 140! The only difference between MIkey jumping up for Spence, and Crawford jumping up for Horn, is that Spence is much better than Horn, which is why Mikey deserves MORE praise, not LESS!
