I hate these ****** special belts. Whilst they are at it, why not put Charlie Z's UBF title on the line? Limit the titles to the four main ones there are - WBA (one, not super and regular. WBC, WBO and IBF. And make a champion fight another champion at least 1 out of every 3 defences. Gives a bigger chance to unify all belts, get's the best fighting the best and stops people avoiding each other. Every three defences - 1 champion, 1 mandatory, 1 voluntary (top 10 ranked) Only exceptions to this would be rematches in close high profile fights. Also, rankings need to be looked at, for example when Chaguez fought Oqeundo the first time, the two of them were barely top 50 heavyweights, never mind people deserving of a meaningful fight against each other. Then all this nonsense since with Oqendo, just hanging around for his completely undeserved shot at a belt (WBA regular) that shouldn't even exist, waiting around for an opponent to be named that he thinks he has a chance of beating, not someone like Jarell Miller who would beat him easy so he pulled out. He's been hanging around for 5 years, is about 425 years old, should have retired a decade ago and was never any good to start with. I also hate Silver and interim titles. Just fight for a wooden spoon and some pride for christ sake. I hate when they try to give a meaningless fight meaning. This is not about Canelo vs Jacobs, except the ****** new belt thing. They are top fighters in a worthy battle. But just putting a few things that irk me out there. I'm sure some others here feel the same.

not that big of a deal. not like there will be two champions in the same weight class. it's just a nice commemorative belt for a big fight.
