Hopkins and Echols didn't hate each other going into the 2nd fight. If you watch the first fight, it's all respect. The second fight, all hell broke loose out of nowhere.

Barrera and Morales legitimately hated each other for the second and third fights, but only the third was any good of those two.

Nothing can top the hatred + fight of Vargas vs. De La Hoya. They hated each other's guts, and Vargas showed it by going crazy on Oscar in the first round, almost knocking him out of the ring. That was just a great, great fight full of hate.
