he will get smashed at 154 + and I doubt he can make 147 again, at his age. His comeback will consist of a tune up or two and then getting smashed by Canelo at 160. lol.

If I recall, Dana came on in the ko rd. Prior to that, it was give and take. We learned that Vic carried that quitting gene with him. Much like Khan brings his paper mache chin with him.

The mauling style Dana had vs May, he pretty much smothered his own shoots. Same garbage Porter does. Pillows or no pillows. You cant beat May by being tactful and Dana was the extreme opposite of that.

I hope you guys aren't expecting a world beater

A couple of ''fights'' to pay the bills.

I have always been a Maidana fan and hope he wins all his fights but I am not sure he will. He is 35 years old now and has been out of the ring a long time. He is a 140 to 147 pound boxer and should not fight above that weight.

Of course he can make 147 at age 35 with a good diet and exercise and enough time. Mayweather is 41 and still easily makes 147. Pacquiao weighed 149 on fight night for Broner which is the same he weighed on fight night 10 years ago. It's a myth that older boxers can't make the same weight they fought at in their prime if they want to. They don't grow bigger.

The demi-god who drove PBF to the brink has returned, with a vengeance. A terrifying lion with sledgehammers in both hands, cut from that old school cloth, Maidana is poetry in violence, he brings death with beauty in his ability to box, brawl, and break down anyone you put in front of him. Maidana doesn't come to feel you out for a few rounds, he comes to end the fight, from round one. A crowd pleasing style, the true people's champ, a fighter's fighter. One of the last of the old guard returns, and without a monster in Floyd to stop him, he is about to go on a tear and unify titles in multiple divisions. Just when the next generation of contenders thought they were safe, a demon rises from the ashes in the form of EL CHINO, and he's coming for the souls of all current champions.

Let it be known, that the one who has crossed paths with lions is back....and anyone from 140-160 can get it!!!!

              The Maidana Team: ASSEMBLE!!!

              WAR MAIDANA!!!!!!!!! VAMOS CHINO!!!!!!!!

Y PEGUE Y PEGUE Y PEGUE CHINO PEGUE

Loved all of his fights, but he should stay retired, no way he comes back anywhere remotely near prime.

lol. its not a myth. metabolism changes. even a fitness nut like Hopkins couldn't have made 160 healthily anymore as he got considerably older. Maidana ain't no Hopkins, either. Maidana probably weighs 2 bills right now and its all alcohol and steak. Good luck to him is all I can say.
