Tank has ways to go before being that star his team keeps talking about. But obviously Mares going down hurt the card.

Not a great number, but it makes sense. Tank's future numbers will be better. Plus the UFC card was much better at the same time.

That UFC card did really good numbers for the prelims. I believe it averaged like 1.3M.

More than anything, I'd day the AAF game probably took away some viewers that this card may have had otherwise. Because there is always a Saturday night NBA game this time of the year and there are UFC cards around this time, but the AAF opener did really solid numbers. It even beat out the OKC/HOU game.

No surprise it was A LOT going on that night in sports: NBA Basketball Rockets vs Thunder which was a great game. Also had the debut of a the Alliance of American Football as well as a good UFC Event with Anderson Silva vs Israel Adesanya which was the most talked about event that night

Let's see how he does next time as the headliner. Definitely not close to being a star yet.

Not good but it was a stacked night for sports. Hell, that AAF telecast (which I've never knew was a thing until the day after) beat out an NBA game featuring Harden and Westbrook.
